Ghada's research interests focus on Cosmopolitanism, Multiculturalism, Global Ethics, Adult Education, Social Studies, and Diversity & Inclusion. She advocates for the revision of Canadian curricula, particularly social studies and history, to account for the histories and voices of minoritized and racialized groups. Ghada teaches all her courses from the social justice perspective weaved through cosmopolitan thinking that posits equal moral worth to every individual across all categories of difference. She believes that it is time for Canadian social policies and curricula to shift emphasis from multiculturalism into cosmopolitanism.
